Right of Withdrawal

1) Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

For digital content / subscriptions / services, the 14-day period begins on the day the contract (or a new billing period) is concluded.
For physical goods, the 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) obtain physical possession of the goods. If items are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

2) How to exercise your right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us by a clear statement (e.g. email) sent to team@dreamer.academy.

You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but it is not obligatory.

The deadline is met if you send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

3) Effects of withdrawal (refunds)

If you withdraw within the 14-day period, we will reimburse the payments relating to the current order or billing period:

Subscriptions / ongoing digital services: the refund covers only the unused portion of the current billing period from the date of your withdrawal notice. Payments for previous, fully provided billing periods are non-refundable.
Digital content / services started during the withdrawal period at your request: you shall pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until your withdrawal; the remainder will be refunded.
Physical goods: we will refund the purchase price and standard delivery costs (if any) once we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice (or, for goods, after we receive the goods/evidence of return). We use the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed, and no fees will be charged for the refund. Access to any membership areas, downloads or services included in the order will be terminated from the effective date of withdrawal. You must cease use and, where reasonable, delete copies of digital content obtained under the withdrawn contract.

4) Returns of goods

Send back goods within 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Unless we state otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5) Exceptions / loss of the right

The right of withdrawal does not apply or may be lost, in particular if:

the contract concerns digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and supply has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply starts;
a service has been fully performed after performance began with your prior express request and acknowledgement;
goods are made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
sealed goods are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;
sealed audio/video recordings or sealed computer software have been unsealed after delivery;
newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscriptions).
